Attire
All you need to participate is modest, comfortable workout clothing, and tennis shoes. Equipment for each class is provided. A water bottle is recommended to keep hydrated.

Child Care
Child care is available for the morning classes only. Please make checks payable to TPCC with “Fitness Child Care” in the memo. Payment is accepted by the instructor on the day of the class.

Cost
Infants through Preschool (Room 133): $13/child/mo. or $2/child/class
